Produced by the American Air Mail Society, AAMS, it is a fine collection of 17 detailed articles on varying subjects from “United States Domestic Airmail Rates” through “Origins and Rates of the North Atlantic German Catapult Airmail” to Concorde SST: Flying with the Sun – Now Flying into the Sunset”.

Each article in itself is quite focused but taken together are a great overview of the wide breath of possibilities of collection subjects within aerophilately.

A quality publication, like all AAMS books, both in content and manufacture – nicely hardbound on quality paper!

When you are collecting stamps you need the best reference catalog available, and this is the one, almost every store and auction uses it not only as a price reference but also as a clasification guide. My only concern is why this volume is cheaper than the other five.

24-Hour baby Quilts – 20 Quilt Quilts for Little Ones, is a fantastic book. I love it, love it. This book has everything you will be looking for in quilt patterns for babies. These quilts claim to be able to be made in 24 hours and for once, the claim is spot on. I know, I tried it! The instructions for these 20 quilt projects are understandable, even for the novice quilter. They are well supported by great photographs and diagrams.

Just about every genre of quilting is included in this book – paper pieceing (sometimes called foundation piecing), applique, machine piecing, Fussy Cutting, Postage Stamp gridding, crazy patchwork, I Spy, Half Square Triangles, Log Cabin just to name a few.
